I am from National Defence Academy (83/I). After 23 years in the Indian Navy’s Submarine branch,  I transitioned to the corporate world 10 years ago and spent 5+ years leading IT, e-Governance, Skill Development and World Bank-funded projects.

That journey showed me how challenging it is for veterans to translate their experience into corporate opportunities.

About Me

For the past 4+ years, I have been mentoring veterans with practical, personalised guidance, and have delivered workshops for NASSCOM, leading corporates, academic institutions, and DGR PRC cohorts at IIMs and FMS Delhi.
